We want you to love your handcrafted woodenware as much as we loved making it! However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.

Returns

• Eligibility: Items must be returned within 7 days of delivery.

• Condition: The item must be unused, in its original condition, and in its original packaging.

• Process: To initiate a return, please email us at admin@tagnan.ph with your order number and reason for return. We will provide detailed instructions on how to proceed.

• Shipping Fee: Return shipping fee are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to a defect or error on our part.

Refunds

• Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

• Approved refunds will be processed within 7 business days and credited to your original payment method.

Exchanges

• We only replace items if they are defective, damaged, or our fault. If you need an exchange, contact us at admin@tagnan.ph for assistance.

Non-Returnable Items

• Customized or personalized items.

• Items purchased on clearance or sale.
