How to Personalize Your Coasters:

  1. Select Your Coaster Type & Engraving Option: Choose the personalized coasters and select the engraving option.

  2. Add Engraving Instructions:

    • Option 1: Leave your engraving details in the Order Notes section at checkout.
    • Option 2: After placing your order, email us your engraving details at admin@tagnan.ph.

  3. Review & Complete Your Purchase: Double-check the engraving details to ensure everything is correct before completing your order.

  4. Confirmation of Layout: We will send you a confirmation regarding the final engraving layout before processing your order. If there are any issues or adjustments, we will contact you via email or text

Processing Time

Please note that items with engraving require 2-5 days processing time, depending on the size of your order. We’ll ensure every detail is perfected before shipping!

Product Care

To ensure the longevity of your handcrafted wooden items, please follow these care instructions:

  • Hand wash with mild soap and warm water.
  • Avoid soaking in water for long periods.
  • Dry immediately after washing to prevent warping.
  • Apply mineral oil or food-safe wood conditioner every 1-2 months to maintain the wood's natural shine.
  • Keep away from direct sunlight and extreme heat.

Packaging

We prioritize sustainability by using recycled boxes for packaging. To minimize waste, we do not use individual packaging for each product. Your item will be securely wrapped in eco-friendly materials to ensure it arrives safely.

Orders are processed within 1-3 business days, except for personalized engraving items, which may take additional time for customization.
